Week 10 was the first week I didn’t have overwhelming morning sickness. Many mama’s to be with this symptom know that it can take over your entire day. Now that I’m inching closer to the second trimester, the morning sickness (which lasts all day) is starting to ease up. This allowed me to get back to kickboxing. After the first day back, I realized just how beneficial working out is to my daily life. It allows me to let go of all the stress and mentally recharge.
Morning sickness is such a major part of this pregnancy (as well as the last) that I’ve decided I need to dedicate a separate post to it. I want to let others know what I did that worked and also what didn’t work for me, but may work for you! Luckily there IS a light at the end of the tunnel; you just need the tools to make it through. Be on the lookout this week!
